I reserve the right to use any of the images I take in whatever capacity I see fit to promote my business (i.e. advertisement, reproduction or copyright, but not limited to those. Reproducing images in any way is a violation of copyright laws (i.e. scanning, taking screen shots, or printing). All images are the property of MGS Photography and reproduction without permission is considered theft.

However, if a price change occurs after you have BOOKED your session, the original price will apply.

***Please note that the quality of images printed elsewhere will be different than the ones ordered through MGS Photography***
~ Any cost of a venue chosen by the client is the client's responsibility.
** Please not that, once paid, all payments are FINAL. If customer needs to reschedule - a credit can be held for 60 days from original session date - after that credit is no longer available. If photographer needs to reschedule for any reason, she must schedule new session ASAP or issue refund. This will be a call the photographer makes.**
